General Information
We handle Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claim cases. We can become your representative at any point during the appeal process.
There is no charge for us to evaluate your case. When you call our office, at (208) 342-4545, an assistant will ask you basic questions about your case. One of our Social Security Attorneys will review this information and may scheduale a telephonic or in-person meeting. There is no charge for meeting with the attorney. There is no attorney fee unless our office wins your case.
If we win your case, we charge an attorney fee equal to 25% of your back due benefit. However, the attorney fee is capped at a maximum amount of $6,000.00. In addition to paying the attorney fee, you will need to pay the costs of your case, but those costs are usually minimal and typically consist of obtaining necessary medical records.
